CONFERENCE OPENING
The Conference was opened under the Presidency of Professors Giorgio Tecce, Rector, Giorgio Salvini, Responsible of the first Syncrotron construction in Frascati, Nicola Cabibbo, President of the National Institute of Nuclear Physiocs, and Daniele Sette, Andrea Frova and Gaetano Cannelli.
